Killian wasn’t expecting the reaction he got, and lowering his hands he looked up, his smile gentle and understanding. “I know Apricus.” He wanted to take a step closer but instead he stepped back just a little. “We want you to have it, you deserve so much more, but if it really makes you uncomfortable… I’m sure Vinrin wouldn’t mind holding it for you until your more ready to take it.” He would not take it back altogether, Killian new that much… he couldn’t have changed that much even if he was… well, he didn’t want to put it to words even in his own head.
“Its ok,” he smiled a true smile, trying to comfort her, “you don’t have to keep it if you don’t want too. Don’t let me bully you into doing anything you don’t want to… you know I’m just a push over at heart.”

Apri’s hand slowly fell from her face as she looked at the smile on Killian’s face. She really did like the dress… It fit her so well and barely showed any of her figure… and it was so… pretty… If the circumstances would have been any different, she’d have taken it in a heartbeat.
“Killian…” she said softly, a new thought coming to mind. She liked the idea of Vinrin holding onto it for her, but she did not know when the next time she’d see the strange man/woman. “… after tonight… do you… do you think maybe… you could hold onto it?... I’d hate to ask Vinrin to… It would feel as if I was letting him down…”

Killian tilted his head his smile cosign his eyes to squint slightly, “of cores Apricus, though I’m sure Vinrin wouldn’t mind… I would be honored to hold it for you.” He bowed slightly, not as deeply as he normally did, not showing disrespect just more comfort then he normally did
“Shall I escort you to diner? Our house isn’t far, a short walk from the back gate.” It was strange how people seemed to spread out since thread had stopped falling… before everyone lived in the main Hold but now it seemed more and more families where building there own privet homes.
