"Well, if I didn't want you in with me, why would I suggest your quarters?" she asked, spinning back to him. Two can play this game, she thought as she hugged close to his chest and replaced her hips close to him, hands still in his. After remaining in that position for a few seconds, she looked up at him and smiled prettily up at him.

L’nuo found himself delighted as her hips melded, rather nicely he might add, with his. Smiling down at her, he noted for the first time that she was taller than most other women. Heh… All the better to, I won’t have to lean down so far to catch her lips.
You are a shamless flirt.
You should see who’s talking. How many greens have you flown now?
Not nearly enough to satisfy me.
Rider and Dragon both laughed and L’nuo’s eyes came back into focus at the girl. “Well if that be the case I had better whisk you away before you have the chance to change your mind…”
With that he put out his right foot and gave her a slight shove with the left hand. Catching her with his right arm, he whisked up her feet in a rather smooth and well practiced movement leaving her helpless in his well-tanned arms.

"Who would change their mind at the sight of you?" she asked, grinning girlishly. He had pushed her a little, and she gasped as it seemed she would fall. As he pulled her back, she sighed and snuggled into his arms. "That was a bit frightening, L'nuo," she said, unsmilingly. Perhaps the rebuff would make him watch his actions.
I doubt it, you know. I hear his dragon is very similar in behavior, Alth told her.
So, you've been chatting with the other greens about him? she asked.
Of course. The dragon sounded smug. Kabhi grinned at the dragon's reply.
Loosening from his grip, she grabbed his hand and twirled under his arm, as the tone of the song called for. Holding her breath as she spun, she finished the spin behind the brownrider, and reached her arms around him and clasped her hands together across his stomach she he had done to her.
He smells good, she thought. A mixture of the usual dragon-spice, but with something else...she tried to identify the scent as she tickled at his stomach.

Eyebrows raising, a rare frown came upon L’nuo’s face but as usual was almost instantly replaced with a smile. “I only meant to surprise you, my darling Kabhi.” he said simply. Her quick movements found her outside of his grasp again and L’nuo sighed, thinking that she was turning him down. Finding her suddenly behind him, however, he couldn’t help but grin.
Her hands on his stomach, L’nuo put his own hands on top of hers to hold them there. Swaying to the music, he tightened his muscles just for her fingertips. He knew many women who enjoyed the feel of a Helios rider and he hoped she would as well; he did after all take a certain pride in it.
After a few moments of swaying to the music, L’nuo leaned forward ever so slightly and purposely lost the beat. Wiggling his back side at about three times the tempo of the music, he made sure to pull her close so she was forced to take the same beat. A silly grin lit his face.

Kabhi sighed as she felt the brownrider's stomach, the muscles teasing her hands to see what else L'nuo had beneathe his clothes. His hands held hers and suddenly, he had accelerandoed the tempo to the song and made her follow. She laughed, her giggles sounding like a creek running over rocks. Delighted with the sound, she laughed again, and twirled around to the front of the man. "I'm becoming thirsty, L'nuo," she told him, still giggling a tiny bit. "Want to go get a drink?"
A drink? That's a poor metaphor, Alth said slyly.

Finding the woman in a fit of giggles, L’nuo’s grin only grew larger as he lead the twirl back to where he could see her. Her eyes seemed to dance in the light and her lips held a luster all their own. He was suddenly fighting the urge to kiss her. No Lorenuo! No! Bad boy! Not yet! he thought to himself using his old name. Enuth chuckled in response.
“A drink?” he asked playing curious. “Now why would you want such a thing… It dims the wits… You might not be able to resist my charm and soon find yourself in my bed if you drink such liquids.” he said playfully. Wrapping his arm around her waist, he lead her off the dance floor. “Not that I’m complaining…” A mischievous smile was upon his face per-normal and he smiled down at her.

Kabhi laughed. "Now who said it was that type of drink?" Walking along with his arm around her felt good. His devilishly cute grin was on his lips, and for a mad second, she considered putting her own smiling lips on his. Disregarding the thoughts, she reached a hand out for a waterskin and two glasses. "Or perhaps something a bit stronger for m'lord?" she asked politely. Above all else, she was very hospitable and always aimed to please. "Besides, with a wit like yours," not to mention a face, she thought, "who needs wine?" She poured her own glass and took a sip of it.
A draft floated through the cavern, and she shivered because of the rip at the bottom of her shirt. Seeing a perfect opportunity, she huddled closer to L'nuo and snaked an arm around his waist and set down her glass. Facing his side, she burried her face in his shirt. What was that scent?

L’nuo raised an eyebrow at the waterskin, but shrugged as he held out his own glass to be filled. “Now that would be just rude of me to drink while my company did not.” he said as he threw his head back taking the entire glass of water in two great gulps. Finishing he sighed and looked down at her. “Then again I have to admit that I’m from Helios Wing. We aren’t exactly known for our politeness.”
With that he snatched up a shotglass of quickal from the nearby counter and threw his head back for a second time. “Mmm. Now that’s a drink. Are you sure you don’t want any?” he asked with a laugh. “No? Alright…”
Finding her against his side, he wrapped his left arm around her as he picked up one more shot of quickal. “Last one I promise.” he said as he held her close. Finishing that off, he looked down to find her face in his shirt. Putting on one of his ‘serious’ faces he said quietly to her, “Ya know… That material is only see-thru when wet or when its not there. So you’re not going to get anywhere like that.”

Flaming dragons, she could not figure out that scent...it was vaguely feminine, which was to be expected, but there was something else. Hearing his words, she frowned, but hid it as she looked back up at him. Blushing, she decided to ask him her question first. "Uhm, as it happens, do you use something...special when you bathe? A different sweetsand?" she asked. It was driving her crazy, and she knew it was just because she didn't want to think about what might be getting ready to happen.
She was perversly afraid of what she might do, but then, she wanted to. Maybe the fear would be a rush, or was she just being stupid?
Stop it. You're overthinking this. He's nice and you're nice. He'd be good for you, Alth said reassuringly. Kabhi nodded and sighed, relieved that her dragon was behind her. Always.
"And if you don't like your shirt where it is, why don't you do something about it?" she asked him, feigning a serious innocence.

L’nuo found puzzlement painting his face as she asked about sweetsand. Giving her a completely clueless look, he shrugged. “I dunno. Why don’t you come on up and I’ll show you what I use.” he said simply as he started to lead her thru the crowd.
Hearing her comment about his shirt, he laughed. “Well I plan to do so as soon as we are safe again inside the stone walls.” he said as they stepped out into the night chill. Calling out to Enuth, he was pleased to find the dragon already waiting for them.
“Well damn, that was fast. Were you expecting us?” he asked out loud for the greenriders benefit.
Oh please. Don’t act stupid. I know your intentions. L’nuo laughed.
“He’s such a joker I swear…” Letting go of the women, he placed an hand on the brown and waved his other hand up. “Care to ride up on Enuth or would you rather call Alth?” he asked as Enuth offered the name.

When he asked her if she wanted to ride the brown or call her own dragon, she faltered. "Err, I dunno. Let me check." Alth?
I don't care, but don't make it a habit. Alth didn't like for Kabhi to ride other creatures, whether they be runners or dragons. It was a jealous twinge in the green that Kabhi had never had the heart to exercise out.
Laughing, Kabhi said, "Well, that's that, I suppose. Alth says she doesn't mind if I ride your lovely brown." She ran her fingers over the brown's hide, savoring the feeling of weel-oiled skin beneathe her fingertips. "He's gorgeous," she said honestly.

Don’t worry, lovely Alth. What you prize most, so shall I prize. Nothing will befall your rider while she is in my and mine’s care. If your faith should falter, there is room on my ledge and I will sit with you this fine evening to put your worries to rest. Enuth sent after hearing Alth’s words and guess as to what they had meant.
Dipping his left shoulder, Enuth waited patiently as L’nuo helped Kabhi up before vaulting to the harnesses himself. With only a one-person harness on the dragon, L’nuo reached for the hem of Kabhi’s pants.
“You ain’t got no belt on…” he said frowning. He thought it was common practice for riders to always wear belts. Shrugging he took off his own and wrapped it around her waist. Putting his chin on her shoulder, he reached around her to tighten it, finding it just a little to large for her, but it would still serve the purpose. Taking the light riding straps, he hooked them to the belt before taking hold of the belt himself. Set.
Enuth took off with the jolt that always accompanied a flat-grounded takeoff. He was, however, careful not to loose his unfastened rider. You really need to get out of habit of doing this…
Why? We manage. You haven’t lost me yet. he sent as they landed in one of the higher corners of the Helios Wing complex. Reaching around the women again, he undid the belt and slid it from around her. Sliding down from the brown, he offered his hands to catch the fellow rider. Once her feet were firm on the ground, he threw the belt over his shoulder and put a hand on the small of her back, leading her inside.
“Welcome to my weyr…” he said with a sweeping hand. On the left lay the stone wallow in which Enuth slept, a wallow that L’nuo was sad to say was too small for Enuth simply because the brown’s abnormally large size left him without room for a green’s company.
To the right lay a curtained off section whose curtain laid open, but was still there, that was his sleeping quarters, which laid a mess of cloths, leathers and a large assortment of knives that were laid out upon the table along with a few sharpening stones. The bed was a slight mess of sheets with the furs kicked off the foot of the bed.
Straight ahead was a curtained doorway that remained closed, leaving only imagination to fill what lay beyond.
“Heh. Sorry bout the mess…” he said as soon as he realized just how much of a mess he had left it. Running a hand thru his hair, he only shook his head at himself, too lazy to remedy the situation.

Alth rumbled in the darkness, eye glowing blue and a tinge of red worry. Handsome Enuth, while my faith in your abilities never falters, I think I shall nonetheless come sit with you on your ledge. This night is colder than between, she said, though both dragons knew she was exaggerating. Kabhi smiled at her dragon's eccentricities.
You just want to sit with him and see if what the greens say is true, the rider told the dragon.
So? came the reply. Kabhi laughed. The trio landed on the weyrleadge, and L'nuo lead Kabhi inside. Kabhi quirked an eyebrow.
"Oh my," she said. She had always been a rather cleanly person. "Entertain often?" she asked, smiling to take the bite from her words. She didn't mind the mess, as long as it was not in her weyr. He had good taste in clothes, after all, and she had never been opposed to knives. "That's okay, I like it," she said, smiling at him. Glancing at the curtained doorway, she decided not to ask. She'd know when it was time. "This weyr is giant compared to Alth's and mine," she said. She didn't have room for a mess in her weyr.
Walking over to the bed, she cleared off a small space for her bottom, moving aside a couple of sharp-looking daggers by the handle and folding a pair of pants. Pulling the furs up a bit, she sat and smiled at the handsome man flirtaciously. Still, she wondered what was behind the curtain...perhaps a bathtub?
