Son: Jadalo gotten on Dialo, lady of the lower caverns. Age 11 turns, father's blue eyes minus the coldness and his mother's black hair. It will not be long until he stands on the sands for the first time.
Son: Kadaer gotten on Nialka, lady of the lower caverns. Age 10 turns, Brown hair like his sire and eyes of the deepest green. Although Nialka insists that J'daer is the boy's sire, he tends to think other wise...esp. with those green eyes.
Son: Hudraen gotten on Halma, lady of the lower caverns. Age 5 turns, has brown hair and amber colored eyes.
J'daer more than likely has several more children by just as many ladies, but some refuse to claim him as their child's sire, wishing only to forget.
Pets: The bronze rider owns a brown flit by the name of Tri. Aside from Barduth, Tri is one of the few things that he truly loves. The bronze rider traded a good belt knife for the flit egg; Tri has given him little reason to regret it.
Appearance: The wingrider is tall, reaching right around 6’1 and heavily muscled peaking at almost 200 lbs. He takes immense pride in how he looks and does all that he can to improve upon them. J’daer has a strong jaw and an easy very deceiving warm smile. He has ice blue eyes like his father and if you look closely you see the coldness within, enough so that it will chill you to the bone. The young man has dark brown hair that he wears barely touching his collar, just long enough for a lady to run her hands through, something he knows they love, something they can’t resist.
He wears fitted wher hide breeches and tall riding boots. In both boots you will find knives, one in each. He also wears simple cotton shirts open at the throat and silver and gold wide bands on each arm.
Personality: J’daer fancies himself a ladies’ man and thinks that he is the end all and be all for the fairer sex, much like his father. The tall man tends to take what he wants and cares little for what is left in his wake. He is arrogant and cocky, sure of himself almost to a fault. He is a decent leader, able to command by shear presence alone. He can inspire young men to do as he wishes; at least he could before K’var became Wingleader. He despises anyone who does not submit to him and has been known to use fist or blade to get what he wants. He looks at a sprited lady (anyone that says no) as a challenge, something to be conquered and conquering is something he enjoys almost to a sickening level. He can be suave and very sweet, but only when it suits him. If no one is watching, he can and will very quickly turn on you. He tends to think that women are subservient, and is bascily a macho SOB.
History: The boy, Judaer, grew up as any other at the weyr save for the fact he might have been weaned a bit too soon from his mother's breast, that is beside the point though. He was a terror growing up, enjoying tormenting and causing all kinds of trouble. He was raised well by his mother and then foster mother, but there was always a coldness there, a dangerous edge that was barely sheathed. Although chosen by the dragons to stand on the sands, it took much to talk the Weyrleader and Weyrwoman into letting him stand He was and still is a bully little has changed there. This behavior continued into weyrling training, but I am getting ahead of myself.
He idolized his overbearing brownrider father, but had just enough arrogance to want more, to prove himself better, and in his eyes, he did just that the day he Impressed to Barduth, a large bronze. He had finally done something better than his father, something that his father would never be able to do. The blue riders had said he would be bronze, his father could no longer ignore him, but alas he did.
Judaer, now J’daer did all he could to excel and was not above stomping on others to climb to the top. He and Barduth would have graduated head of their weyrling class had it not been for attitude and a moment of indiscretion with a wingleader’s lady…after all she had wanted him. This young man crushed Hope upon hope, impression was thought to settle most, but with him it only boosted his ego to an even more unbearable level. The Weyrleader, seeing that he was fast getting out of hand moved him into his own wing, Sidus, to keep an eye on the volatile, unpredictable young man, who had called and been called out in many honor duels. The Weyrleader kept him busy enough with drills to stave off any more trouble at least for a while. J’daer, hard ambitious worker that he was, was promoted to a Wingsecond upon the retirement and advancements of other riders, but then so was K’var. J’daer disliked the younger man from the beginning seeing him as a rival. At first it had not worried him, J’daer was just arrogant enough to believe himself ranks above the other bronze rider. It thread bared him when K’var was moved to Wingsecond, same as himself. After all, wasn’t he, J’daer, being groomed to take over as Weyrleader, after all who could compare with he and his bronze Barduth?
During the course of being a Wingsecond he flew on search with the Weyrleader to the North. They found many suitable ladies for the golden egg that was in Shimeath’s 86th clutch, but it was he who had found the girl that eventually impressed to that young gold. He had taken a portion of the wing and done a fly by of Keroon, looking for beast and croft holds that might have sprung to life since the last Search. That is when Barduth had felt her, she was returning to the hold on a runnerbeast, hair streaming out behind her, red hair. J’daer would have brought her back to his weyr, err, the Weyr if she had been suitable or not, but Barduth told him in no uncertain terms that she could ride gold. It took little charming to have her on the back of his bronze beast, he could have laughed out loud as he met her father’s anxious gaze. Oh how he loved the look on her father’s face as he raked the young woman over with his eyes. She would be his, gold rider or not, her father knew exactly what he had in mind. Oh, yes he played the hero grandly, showing her about the Weyr. Taking a bit of time to toy with the wide-eyed novice. He would so enjoy her and he almost had her. Scorch the Egg, if that shardding K’var had not interfered. She was warming to him; she would have enjoyed being with him. K’var had no idea what a woman wanted, after all how could he. The only time J’daer saw him with a woman was when Kedenth flew a green, what kind of man was that?
Sevendays later J’daer watched with a dark look, as she impressed to the lovely gold, if Revonna was going to be transferred, like rumor stated then that little girl was going to make him Weyrleader. He could bide his time, but mark this, she would be his. He is even more determined for this to happen since being ousted as Wingsecond by that weak minded D’lyn and F’lor, a brown rider out ranked him, but that hate had been clutched on the hatching sands many years before. What was the Weyr coming to? To think, K’var was named the Weyrleader’s chosen and not he.

Description: A dark bronze in color, the large male has even darker almost blackish green brandling on his hindquarters and forelegs. His wing sails and underbelly is only a shade or two lighter than his body and his claws are a greenish black. He is large in all ways, tight thick hard muscle covers his body and he has a massive wingspan. Barduth is rivaled and surpassed in size only by Kedenth.
Personality: Barduth can be overbearing at times, and extremely arrogant. Most of the time though he is the only force that can control his rider. Barduth is a bit better with the ladies, but he would be more than willing to press a mating flight, stealing every chance he could get. Barduth is not gentle at all, but it still confuses him why his rider likes to cause pain, he doesn’t mention this though. He is a good leader, albeit a bit too sure of himself, he is never wrong or so he thinks.
History: He was born with a smart mouth. It started on the hatching sands and, well, the little brown that met out the blows sure didn’t teach him a lesson in humility. They have been at odds every sense as have their riders. Barduth was always athletic and excelled in the Games as he did in weyrling training. Most questioned why such a magnificent bronze had impressed to such a person as J’daer, what had the bronze seen inside the lad and now the man. Only Barduth knows. Barduth likes the ladies, and is found of Savath, very found of Savath. He favors her most out of the two Jr. Queens he is just not all too sure about approaching her and chooses to observe from a distance. Savath is the only thing the besotted bronze is not sure of. He will do what it takes to claim her as his own.
