Berelia was smiling at the thought of what to name the little flit. "I think personality makes it easier to see but I've always had a few names I really really liked. Leto, Evie..." The girl wentr on a long list of names that did not end till they reached the Blood Char Wing. Which upon reaching she ran to her mother's weyr, shouting, "Momma! Momma! Look what I got!"
---
Morelia woke only moments before the little girl burst into her weyr, shouting at the top of her lungs. Morelia was sitting at her table drinking a cup of klah. "What do you have?" She noted the egg and immediately looked up to L'kel.
"A firelizard egg. how wonderful." Naraleth was curious at the commotion and was watching them all from her couch. Her eyes a languid blue. She was always calm in the morning because her rider was always crazy in the morning.
"She is going to be green just like Naraleth and I am going to get to have her always. I hope she hatches soon!" Bera hekd out the egg to her mother. Who went to get something warm for the egg to sit on. Bera place dthe egg on the warm towel. Then hugged her mother and said more quietly. "You don't mind do you?" "Of course not sweeting." Morelia didn't get angry but she hoped she wouldn't end up being the one to take care of the little flit.

L'kel followed Bera, grinnign widely. He nodded at her names and offered a few of his own favorites unti lthey were at hte weyr. "Hi Relia." He said to the greenrider as Bera fixed the egg all up, "I hope you don't mind. We found a green clutch with a few eggs still intact and i just couldn't resist giving her one."
"I think it'll be hatching farely soon. The eggs quite hard. this menas someoen will have to be her all the time until it hatches. I hope that won't be too long, or too much trouble." He said softly. Morelia didn't seem mad however, so he wasn't too worried. "I'm sure she'll be responsible with it. She's a pretty mature kid." He guessed that liek most mother's Morelia liked compliment's towards her daughter. He meant it too. He was growing quite attatched to the little girl.

Morelia was not angry, though perhaps slightly suprised. She looked at her daughter's eager face once more. The child would want a firelizard with the new changes in store for her. Morelia hated to do it but it was getting to that time when the girl would have to be fostered.
"L'kel, you are already spoiling her." Morelia reprimanded, with a smile."I hope it hatches soon or we will be stuck here all day. Faranth knows I need to get some training in before the day is out." Naraleth rumbled in agreement. She would like to have a bit of a workout herself.
Berelia was ignoring the adults watching the egg intently. Humming a little song to herself as children did, she seemed to be in her own little world.

L'kel smiled back at her cheekily. "Well, your her mother, you have to be stirct. I'm mommies boyfriend, i have spoiling, sucking up rights." He kissed the greenrider on the cheek. "Don't worry, you'll have your trainign today. If not than i'll ask J'ren to make the Wingdrills extra hard tomorrow. That make you happy?" He teased.
He looked over at Berelia again. he just hoped hse didn't panick like some girls when the egg hatched and totally forget about Impressing. She was Morelia's daughter though, so he highly doubted it.

"Oh I see how it is. I get to be the bad guy and you get to have all the fun." She smiled warmly. "Extra hard wingdrills and a workout would be even better." She was always up for a challenge. Even if it did require her to be up early. "Of course I'll understand if its too much for you."
Berelia was still watching the egg but she was now hopping up and down in excitement. "Look, Mommy, L'kel, its cracking." The egg had one small crack in it, almost too small to notice. The girl was so anxious. "How do I keep her from flying away?" She had seen it happen to other people and didn't want hers to leave.
