Morelia had just finished a rather exhausting drill with L'kel as she made her way to the Creche. She knew she must look a bit tired so she had made a quick stop on the way to wash her face and hands. Berelia was probably driving the Creche nannies crazy. At the sight of Morelia a Creche employee came over to her and whispered into her ear. Morelia smiled.
She spotted her daughter quickly, the five turn old was sitting in the corner writing something on a Wherhide. Morelia had not known Bera knew how to write anything. Walking closer to the child she created a shadow over the girl. The five turn old looked up and upon seeing it was her mother smiled, jumped up and shouted," Mommy!" Morelia caught the girl in her arms and hugged her deeply. "I've missed you Berelia." Morelia almost cried she had let too much time pass. Any other parent would have let someone foster their child, and for her other two she had had to do that, but she couldn't to this one, not to Bera.
Setting the child down again Morelia asked looking at the hide. "What were you writing?"
"Oh mommy, they are teaching us how to write our names. do you want to see?"
"Yes, show me..." Morelia looked at the page and saw Berelia had written her full name, her nickname, Morelia's name and Naraleth on the same page.
Berelia explained the other names, "I got bored with my own name so they asked me who else I wanted to know how to spell."
Morelai grinned at her daughter. "Its wondeful. I always kneww you were very bright." Naraleth said soomething in agreement to what Morelia said, she always like to jump in now and then.
"Bera I'm going to sign you out, you can bring something with you if you like. " The girl just took her mother's hand and waved to some of the other children.
Morelia signed her name a bit shakily and then nodded to the Creche nurses. "Bera, we have a friend of mine eating lunch with us today. Will that be alright?"
"Does your friend have a dragon?"
"Yes he does. He has a Bronze dragon."
"A Bronze!" Berelia had always wanted to see a bigger dragon up close, like a gold or Bronze.
"I bet if you ask nicely he will let you visit with him."
"Really?" The blue eyed girl was very excited making her eyes widen. She really was the spitting image of her mother.
"Do you want me to tell you his name or do you want him to introduce himself?" Morelia loved seeing how Bera's mood was, she seemed to like hearing how people introduced themselves, it did after all say a lot about a person.
