Seph listened to Moreelia talk and saw her get that farway look in her eyes that she had see a few times before, when other dragonriders were talking to there dragons. Seph truned her head a bit and observed the weyrhall before turning back to Morelia who was talking once more.
"Yes that would be bad if a dragnet died becasue they didn't find there lifmate...i'll stand..if i have to. But a dragon isn't one of the things that i was expecting in my life, at anytime." Seph shrugged. She wsa telling Morelia what she thought. She might stand but the chances of her Impressing a dragnet ws slim...but there was always a chance. "So how did it get to be that you grew up at Lateo Weyr but Impressed Naraleth here, at Sodalis?" Seph had been wondering and had gotten the courage to finally ask.

Morelia's face changed. She looked to be bot sad and happy, yet faraway. "That is an interesting story. My father was a dragonrider from Lateo, a blue rider. When I was young my father told me all about dragons and he encouraged my affinity for them. None of his other children were interested much in the life of a dragonrider. My sister never thought about it much but my brothers did and resented the fact that my father found I had more of a knack for the dragonriding ways. So I stood at two clutches at Lateo, one at the age of fourteen and the other when I was about fifteen. I looked very young for my age, only about thirteen when my father told me of a clutch at Sodalis. He wanted me to have a chance to impress there, since they were chort on candidates. The queen that clutched was very old. My father said there would be a smaller number of dragonets due to her older age. He took it upon himself to make sure I was there...his dragon winsisted mine was there. So I stood on the sands of sodalis in my white gown. A small egg that was unlikely to hatch happened to produce a small looking dragonet. She walked towards me eager to find me. Naraleth says she always knew I was hers...dragons are strange like that. Never focusing on the future but somehow they seem to know everything." Berelia loved that story she often asked to hear the story and since she missed her grandfather she wanted to hear it more and more. "I was born to be a dragonrider I suppose...some people just seem to never be complete without a dragon by their side...My Berelia will impress someday...she has dragon in her blood." Morelia smiled down at the young child, who had been listening intently to her mother.
