Dy'los nodded to the Werylingmaster and the asst.Weyrlingmaster, "Thankyou Sir, thankyou father err sir. I will." He was too happy to be disobedient right then. "So how much do i feed him Weyrlingmaster?" He asked the Brownrider. I could eat it all. Dy'los laughed. "I bet you could." He said aloud. The Bronze had looked around and spotted many of its older brothers and sisters. Will i be that big one day. You'll be the biggest!

M'larain laughed. "Today, you feed his as much as he wants. He's been trapped in that shell for a good seven-day now, with little to eat at but the egg-fluid. And tomorrow, you can be sure you'll be oiling hide." The brownrider smiled and turned to greet more new Weyrlings.

Dy'los grinned and did as the Weyrlingmaster said. Here you go Sew. "Thankyou sir." He thought about the oiling part. He wondered if that'd be much fun. He held out a chunk of meat with the bronze snapped up hungrily. Slowly, very slowly, the dragons appetitie lessened. Dy'los looked back over the sands and noticed one of the boys he knew, Searisan, Impress a Green...well S'san now. He cheered qquickly before turning back to his own dragon.

S'san and a now nearly bouncing Neth made their way quickly to the feeding tables. Remembering his lessons, the wildly grinning boy took down a bucket of meat and began to feed the pieces to the ravenous little green. After a few minutes she began to slow down and S'san could feel her hungry dwindling. He looked up to see Dyalos, now Dy'los feeding a bronze nearby. He shouted in happy glee to the younger boy. "Hey! Congratulations! Whats his name?"
Neth snorted in between bites. What do you need to know his name for? S'san quickly hugged the Green before she could take another bite. I'm only being friendly love. Hes my friend and it looks like he Impressed a really good dragon. Well of course he did, all of my siblings are good. Neth took another bite before looking at Sewrinath herself. I am sure being such a big bronze as he is he will all but adore my company. S'san found himself laughing and picked up another piece of meat for the little green.

Amneris walked in in a bit of shiock really, she was still in some kind of half denial...well one could only expect that after she had never thought herself worthy to impress a dragon and now what was she to do? She was a bit scared of the commitment required. It was a good thing Fusth was concentrating more on her stomach than what Amneris was thinking. Solo nipped Neris in the shoulder. Sendign her images of feeding the little green. He was quite the bossy little fellow and knew exactly how to make the girl concentrate. Taking some of the meat that had been procured for them, amneris began to feed Fusth, who after eating a bit crooned sweetly. She was almost sated in no time, though Solo wanted a bit of the meat for himself too. She didn't really say much to anyone at that point because besides having to get over the shock still, she really didn't know too many people. Well at least Seph had impressed a green too, then they could be dragonriders together.
------------------------------------
Betheroth didn't mind waiting for his turn but he felt sooo hungry. When they did make it to the meat Hanen made sure the blue was was eating his fill. May I have more? Of course, as much as you like. The blue was overlooking the other dragons as they finished eating. He liked the others in his clutch already. That pear green over there with the blonde seemed nice. There were quite a few dragons that seemed the friend making type. He would think about acceptance another time... for now he was starting to get a little sleepy. "Weyrling master, Betheroth says he is tired, and I'm new here. Are we to go directly to the barracks?" He asked because he wasn't afraid to ask the questions that needed asking. Betheroth nudged him gently as his green flit appeared, a bit angrily, sitting on top of the tall boy's head. "Daze.... this is Betheroth, Betheroth this is Daze." Betheroth and the green flit eyed eachother a moment before settlign with the idea that they would not mind eachother.

Dy'los smiled as S'san came forward, "He's Sewrinath. What's her name. She's a really pretty green." He said cheerily. She is. The Bronze remarked. And so is that one. He snorted in the direction of a blonde girl's green. I bet you think all greens are pretty. Maybe. But you just wait, there's a Queen hatching today and she's the prettiest of 'em all.
Sew had finsihed up his bowl and was looking a little sleepy. I think i want to go lay down a little. Alright, we'll go to the barracks. He noticed another boy, around his age (he was glad he wasn't the only one of the younger end) asking to go to the barracks as well. "And me too. I know my way there so i can show you if you need?" He offered in his usualy outgoing way. He certainly wasn't afraid to meet new people soe being a Weyrlign with so many other slike him would be fun. He hadn't yet met any of the other bronzeriders, or Brown weyrlings, but S'san was nice of course and these other too didn't seem so bad.

Still smiling hugely, S'san quickly replied. "Her name is Neth and she thinks you got the nicest bronze." Nicest and best looking. Stifling a giggle, the boy looked back to the little dragon, she was nearly half the size of Sewrinath. But S'san supposed that was normal for a green. A moment after Sewrinath began to feel sleepy, Neth yawed hugely. The little green closed her eyes for a moment then bumped S'san with her head. I want to go sleep too.
Turning back to Dy'los, S'san nodded his head. "That would be great, Neth is almost asleep on her feet." Feeling the effects of the dragon bond, S'san too yawned. This was sure interesting, feeling everything Neth felt. The green padded after her bronze brother and left S'san to follow. He grinned broadly again, shards and shells but she was fantastic. I know I am, now if only Sewrinath would notice.

M'larain shook his head. "You will go to the Weyrling Weyr you picked out for yourself last week. Don't worry about when you'll wake up, you're dragon's hunger will take care of that for you. Now remember that they will want to be fed a lot for seveal days. If you need help, ask me or my assistant." He shooed them off towards the barracks.
"Good shade of green there, Amneris," he told the girl. "And S'san, Neth looks very healthy and specifically outgoing, so you're evenly match, I bet." Turning to H'nen, he smiled. "A blue after H'mei's own heart, I bet."

Dy'los grinned, "Alirght, M'lrarain um, Weyrlingmaster...sir, um" He rmembered his manners. C'mon Sew, your gonna love our weyr. I picked out hte bestone..well i think it is anyways. Yah, i bet so. The Bronze said pleasantly. Dy'los turned to the other weyrlings, "So you guys wanna come? I know this whole Weyr perfectly." ((You guys wanna do a thread in the weyrling barracks? We can wait till HG is back )

As T'riel made his way to do the feeding table, he noticed that a few others were already on their way to the Weyrling Weyr. He hurried to the table seeing it free. However, before he took some meat, he greeted the Weyrling Master and the Assistant Werrling Master. "Good day to you Weyrling Master M'larain. And to you too Assistant Weyrling Master." T'riel then gestured to his big brown, "This is Werunth. And he says he's ever so hungry." he said with a smile. Oh, but I am really ever, ever so hungry. Werunth said. I know you are love. T'riel replied.
T'riel reached for one of the nearest chunk of meat and handed it near Werunth's mouth. Werunth chomped on the meat once and swallowed it all in one gulp. T'riel was worried shock that he reprimanded loudly, "Werunth! You have to chew really good before you swallow!" But.... I was hungry... and ... and nothing bad happened did it? Werunth said while he crooned in apology, his wings visibly drooping in sadness and his eyes' color were starting to swirl in yellow. T'riel couldn't stay angry at Werunth too much. Not when he looked like that. "Oh, it's okay, Werunth. The meat wasn't too big to cause any problems. But next time, you need to remember that you have to chew first before you swallow okay?" T'riel said. Yes, Mine. I will remember to chew my food before swallowing. Werunth replied. Okay Love. Here's the next one. T'riel said through the link as he handed another chunk of meat to Werunth. Having been forgiven, Werunth's eyes turned back to blue and his wings no longer drooped.

(why don't we wait for hg, she'll be back soon.)
S'san nodded avidly at the Weyrlingmaster. Well that made sense, no wonder they'd had them go and pick out a room. At the praise, S'san beamed broadly and Neth trilled. The little green yawned again and S'san turned to wrap his arms about her shoulders in a tight hug. Don't worry dear, you'll get to sleep soon I certainly hope so. She yawned widely again and sat down on the hot sand. What she really wanted to do was go see if Sewrinath wanted some preening, but the weariness of the day was quickly wearing her down.
It was then that S'san's two flits decided to make thier appearence. Lyla and Micho trilled and settled happily on the boy's shoulders. They looked at Neth and she stared back at them. S'san laughed. Both green and brown lizards stared at their larger cousin and then chirrped a quiet hello. Neth crooned back and glanced sleepily up at the boy. They are smaller me's. Yup, He replied with a bright grin. They are Lyla and Micho, my firelizards. Oh. Neth responded sleepily and then yawned again.

After some time passed and Werunth stomach was almost double it's previous size, he stopped grabbing for the proffered meat. With a big yawn, he said, That was very good. However, I am getting every so sleepy. T'riel smiled fondly at his brown, I know Werunth. That's because your stomach is now full. You just about ate meat enough to double your size. That sure would make you sleepy after being so hungry. he said. He looked around to see if anybody else wanted to go back to the Weyrling Weyr. Aloud he asked, "Would anybody want company to go to the Weyrling Weyrs?"

Amneris still looked shocked her fac was having a difficult time hiding the fact. Actually it was probably as pale as her face could get under her well tanned skin. Solo was still perched on her shoulder but what would she do about Tipp and Note... oh no.... this was not a good time for her to have a dragon...
Fusth was of course not suprised at her rider's reactions. She had chosen Amneris for the same reasons that made the girl afraid to be a dragonrider. The light green did want to go to bed soon though she made no more mention of it to Amneris. No doubt they would all be going down to the Barracks soon. After the WSeyrlingmaster answered the strange boy's question, she made to followthe other Weyrlings. "Thank you..." She added as he commented on Fusth.
Now if we follow that boy we will be going straight to bed. I just chose any weyr for this since they are all aboutthe same. When we are adults, our weyr will be much nicer. Good....the dragonet gave a mental yawn.
-------------------------
Betheroth, looked at H'nen when he was completely finished stuffing himself. Though the young man was new to the weyr he knew better than to gainsay a Weyrlingmaster. He had not picked out a weyr previously but that didn't mean he and Betheroth wouldn't just take one they found to their liking. And wait, who was H'mei? Hehad met so many people in the brief tim ehe had been there. Must be someone important to impression time or he wouldn't have mentoned him so casually to H'nen. Was that the Candidatemaster's name? Must be.
Nodding to the Weyrlingmaster, H'nen followed the other Weyrlings tot he Barracks. The things he was going to get used to here. Ugh. Daze wasn't at all afraid of Betheroth, though she liked him he barely noticed her and therefore the two were going to get along just fine. Even if the flit would prefer that everyone notice her all the time.

Since nobody seemed to be interested in going to the Weyrling barracks, T'riel shrugged and told Werunth, Well, since nobody else wants to joins us, we might as well just bo by ourselves. I do not want to have to carry you over to our weyr.
Werunth gave a huge yawn before replying, [glow=brown,3,300]I am not too heavy to be carried![/glow] in an indignant tone.
Well, you may not have been before you ate your fill, but now... if you fall asleep where you are, I am definitely going to need help hauling you to our barracks. T'riel said logically.
Werunth gave way since technically he is double his size now that he had eaten his fill. [glow=brown,3,300]Am I going to like our weyr?[/glow] he asked to acquiesce that T'riel won the argument this time around.
Well, it's a lot bigger than what I used to have in the Candidate Barracks. And it sure would not compare to what Riders have. At least there's a decent sized bed for me and a couch for you. We wouldn't be staying there forever you know.
[glow=brown,3,300]Why?[/glow] Because you are a growing dragon and I'm a weyrling that would graduate in about a Turn and a half. We'd get out Rider weyrs then. T'riel said with a smile imagining the time that he and Weurnth have graduated from the weyrling wing.
[glow=brown,3,300]So, are we going to our weyr or not?[/glow] Werunth asked to break into T'riel daydream.
"What? Yes, yes we are. Come along then Werunth before you fall asleep on your feet." T'riel said as he led the way to their weyr in the Weyrling barracks. He gave the Weyrlingmaster and Assistant Weyrlingmaster a nod to let them know that he and Werunth were on their way to the Weyrling barracks.

By the time the pair made it to the feeding tables, G?lep found himself growing very lightheaded and wondered if part of it was due to Kevth. Alone he had not thought he lost that much blood, but a little bit of dizziness from both could make a difference.
Finding the edge of the table, he leaned on it heavily as he looked around. Food. He was suppose to feed him right. But shouldn?t he find numbweed first. Kevth was demanding both but G?lep wanted to be sure as he looked around for someone who knew what they were doing.

M'larain's face grew concerned. "Oy, boy, come here," he said to G'lep, as the young rider hobbled over. "You and your dragon need numbweed. Didn't that moron J'ren say anything about it?" The older man looked up and into the Hatching Grounds, where the Weyrleader was making chummy with visitors. "Of course not," he mumbled, reaching for the jar.
The little one says it hurts a lot, Helliath told him.
"Well, of course it does!" M'larain replied, swathing the wing in numbweed and then gesturing for G'lep to come closer. "You need to learn how to do this, so come here," he said. "Then put some on yourself. When it comes between pain of injury and pain of hunger, always go injury first. And remember-- a badly healed wound can rot between."
