Black, Blacker, Blackest.
The Flight came out of Between in relative unison. G'llahar watched as his dragons and riders back winged to land on the out skirts of the Hold...
He got one good look at the mountain of mud and debrie and shook his head... 'Maybe I should have told Brant more than three days.'

M'fyd and Neunth popped out of between in as much unison as a Rider could hope for. In a familiar routine the pari backwinged and landed on the outskirts of the Hold. Seeing the giant mountain of mud, M'fyd almost laughed but restrained himself. He dismounted and helped the two men to do the same. "The cold of between is always a shocker, the chill will wear off in a second." He said kindly to the gentlemen, who were in awe of the ride yet shivering slightly.
[glow=beige,2,300]*That mountain is enough to make me feel small.*[/glow]
"The dragons will be in for a good cleaning when we are finished up here, Weyrleader." He said conversationally to G'llahar his voice slightly cold as always, Neunth would probably look brown before they were done.
[glow=beige,2,300]*I'm always in for a good bath.*[/glow]
*I'm sure you are, they are your favorite thing, and soaking your Rider.* He said jokingly he didn't mind being splashed by his dragon he found it a way of showing affection by being playfully mean. having a mountain of water suddenly hit you is far from refreshing it is shocking.

A'sero chuckled as he heard the end of a squeal when they popped out from between. "Its alright Mave, we're out." He heard the other two women laughing at the girl as well. "So, m'ladies, welcome to Vir hold." He surveyed the reackage. Certainly wasn't as nice as it had always been.
This will be a bit of work. Genius observation. A'sero joked back to his dragon. Well, lets not spend the whoel time flirting with the ladies then. I never. The Bronzer replied in mock schock.
They landed gently, so as not to jolt the Lower Cavern's women to much. He jumped down easily, and then straightened up to help the women down. The two at the back first and then the girl at the front. He didn't deny his hand a moments lignering as he handled-er...helped her down. "Alright then, i guess your off to report to Kezna, but i'll be with you again later." He smiled and then leaned against Kaluth to wait for his next orders.

J'mie and Gavanth came from between ,like everyone else though J'mie felt like someone was splitting his forehead with an axe. He squinted at the people behind him on Gavanth. Then loooked at the damage Vir Hold suffered. The debri adn the mud were worse than they had imagined. It seemed this was going to be more work than previously thought. J'mie had a bad feeling about this.
You are just always thinking the worst could happen, and now you don't even know what the worst is. That was partially true...but he really hoped the thoughts going through his rider's head did not come to pass in reality.
The two behind him were not at all scared and seemed to be the perfect people to work with. "I hope your both ready for some hard work." The two people nodded, they seemed completely occupied with surveying the debris and wreakage.

G'rec and Rohanoth bursted out from between with a cold shock of air. Behind him, one of the females shivered, and he smiled. "It's real warm here in Vir," he told her, trying to reassure her. Surely they'd all been through between before, but even he wasn't used to it, and he rode a fighting dragon. Rohanoth touched down, sort of roughly too. "Wouldju mind being careful?!" G'rec said, displeased as dirt flew up on his workshirt. One of the girls made a dismayed sound, but the man remained stoicly quiet. "Sorry bout that."
Whatever. Rohanoth preened.
G'rec hopped down from the brown, and reached up for the older woman. She slid down, and was on her way to Kezna without so much as a "thanks-n-goodbye." "She must have gotten hit with dirt," he said quietly. The younger girl smiled sympathetically at him.
"Don't worry about her. She takes everything as personal offence," she told him. Her smile was sweet, and her face wasn't bad either. G'rec smiled roguishly back at her.
"Aye, so I won't, m'lady," he said. The man slid off the dragon carefully, thanked Rohanoth and G'rec and was off after the first woman. G'rec could appreciate his quiet nature. The young lady headed off after a thanks, and G'rec climbed up to sit on his dragon before being put to work.

T'lon and his wing winked into existence from between with a sudden rush of air and sound. As soon as everyone was accounted for, he told Teranth to tell them to land on the outskirts of the hold. Once he saw everyone safely land, he gave Teranth the signal to find a landing spot themselves.
As Teranth spiraled down lazily while he chose where he would land, T'lon glanced over at his passengers. They seemed to be all right if only a bit chilled. "Don't worry. The cold should go away soon since it is so warm here in Vir Hold." he said to reassure his passengers that they would stay like icicles on Teranth's back.
Teranth landed with care because of the passengers and the equipment that he had to bring. I will be so happy when I have all this stuff off of me. Teranth told T'lon.
Oh don't be such a hatchling. I know for a fact that you can carry more than what you're carrying now. This stuff is a lightweight compared to other times that we need to haul stuff. T'lon replied.
As Teranth settled down, T'lon released the straps and helped each lady down one by one. First was Renala, then Merkani, and lastly Temar. The three women thanked him and went over to the Headwoman. Renala and Merkani walking side by side, with Temar trailing behind the two.
With the women down and gone to Kezna, he got all the equipment that Teranth brought in unstrapped and on the ground. T'lon did make sure that Teranth didn't come to any strain because Teranth had kind of complained about the weight of the stuff they brought over. Once he was sure that Teranth was okay, he took a look at the surrounding area. All he could do was whistle out loud at the task that needed to be done.

E'mion had been one of the few bronze and brown riders to refuse passengers while most of the others refused supplies thinking it was below them to haul such things. The bronze rider was not a people person and defiantly not in the best of moods today. Instead he had chosen to oversee the movement of supplies the Weyr was sending to Vir Hold. Mostly blues and greens, every dragon without a passenger had been loaded down with giant nets full of supplies which were harnessed to the dragons, the bronze Malekith's making the smaller dragons packages look like toys.
Following the Weyrleaders command between, the mass of blue and green dragons jumped between with Malekith, but did not appear where the passenger loaded dragons had on the outskirts of Vir Hold. Instead they had come out directly above it as they would be unloading the dragons directly in the courtyard where the supplies could be directly handed out. Double checking to make sure every dragon in this particular mass could hold a gliding circle around the hold until it was their turn to touch down, Malekith and an older blue carefully back-winged into the courtyard.
People rushed to start unbuckling the packages from the two dragons. Once Malekith was out of the way they'd be able to land three dragons at a time and things would move faster. E'mion slid off to exchange quick words with the Hold's headwoman and the older blue rider who would be choosing the more fatigued dragons to land first, before vaulting back onto his bronze. Once unloaded he would join the other bronze and brown riders to move the larger of the debris.
Make sure to find out where we are needed. It seems we will be clearing out the road first. I'll be stuck hauling out the large stones won't I? Do you see many others able to lift what we can besides your bronze brothers?
Malekith simply snorted, making a few drudges jump before the last of the packages were moved away and he lept into the air to make his way back to the outskirts of Vir Hold.
Make sure that the blues and greens know to report to the orchards after unloading. They know. Good.

Nylath landed without preamble, the cold air of between following him into the humid jungle. It took only a moment to have the riding straps unbuckled and to begin handing the woman down.
G'llahar made sure Kezna was safely down Phelanth's shoulder, and off to organize the women.
"We'll all need a good cleaning before this is finished." He scanned the growing crowd of people, looking for the Lord Holder. They would need to be apraised of any changes in plan and to make assesments in where their dragons were best needed. The bronze rider wiped a hand over his brow, and undid his flight jacket. The heat was stiffling. Give them the order to stand down... it might be a bit till we get started.
Phelanth rummbled acknowledgement.

You can relax for a bit. Kaluth told A'sero. Thanks faranth. He removed his helmet and shook out his blonde hair. He noticed Mave lookign back at him as she walked towards Kezna. He gave her a wink.
You ready to move this mountain? Of course.

J'mie had Gavanth touch down near his wingsecond. He dismounted quickly, helping both his passangers down. "Kezna will be waiting for you both. Find me when its time to go and I will bring you back to the Weyr." He added. He was not having a good day. His headache was really bothering him.
Actually this whole mud thing bothered him too. Maybe he was just paranoid but there was a nagging feeling in the back of his mind that told him it wasn't safe still. G'llahar was Weyrleader, he would be the one making decisions, so J'mie stood close to Gavanth, a watchful expression on his face. He would find no rest here.

As S'for and Alarath came out of between, the bitter cold only made the warm wetness spreading on his backside more apparent, and the smell wafting from behind him was enough to make him gag. Alarath let out a loud bugle of disgust and S'for let out a string of profanities that would have made a sailor blush. That sharding dimglow. Alarath broke formation and was heading for the nearest water. "Alarath, let us off first. S'for commanded, for Alarath had intended to plunge into the water with rider, passengers, and riding straps still in place. Alarath landed them near the hold instead of the road. As soon they were on the ground the other two drudges unfastened the harness and pulling the trembling girl with them scurried out of S'for's way before he could make good on some of the threats he had made toward her.
S'for unharnessed Alarath quickly and then told him to bespeak Malekith to let E'mion know that as soon as he could get cleaned up and changed that he would join them. He was glad he had brought the extra clothes to change in to after he had finished working It is done he responded as he took flight for his own bath.
